 Last fall my grandparents, my siblings and I went to the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon. There was quite a view from up top and some awesome water falls as we hiked down the mountain!    the creek...  ...that winds through the mountain  a house at the bottom   a trickle fall :)  a rock jutting out from the side of the mountain  a water fall  another water fall  another water fall... sort of =)

Last fall, a group of my friends and their dads went with my dad and I backpacking on the Appalachian Trail. We went from Friday night to Sunday afternoon. On Friday we only hiked 2 miles because we started hiking at 4:00. Then on Saturday we hiked 10 miles which was pretty tiring. But when we got to our campsite it was worth it. There was a small lake with a rope swing near where we were camping (and in the morning we walked there). Then that evening we ate super and hiked up the mountain (without our backpacks) =+) to a view to see the lights all over Lebanon valley. It was amazing! Then we turned around to leave only to find a copperhead right in front of us! That was my first time seeing one. After that we hiked back down and went to bed. In the morning we ate breakfast and went to the lake. Last winter me and my dad made this lego clock (see below)  and we didn't use directions. 

My parents surprised me and my siblings with a airplane ride. My mom's cousin has a airplane and he took us in a circle and first flew over my grandparents' house, the Susquehanna River, and our house. My family went hiking at Ricketts Glen on the Falls Trail and I took pictures of each waterfall we walked past. In the process of downloading the pictures and putting them on this blog, I couldn't find quite all of them. We saw three that aren't on here.
